It is now illegal to smoke inside the tuition vehicle. Any instructor found smoking in the vehicle either during a lesson or travelling to a lesson is liable for prosecution. All cars need to display the relevant no smoking signage, if any learner car is found without the instructor is also liable for prosecution.
